ASIA AWAKENING
The Trip that Rewired Me
Just touched down from what might've been the most eye-opening journey of my life…
We hit mainland China hard: Hangzhou and Shanghai. Then through Manila, Singapore, Tokyo, and Kyoto. We headed back to China: Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, then finally closed out in Seoul. A complete Asia immersion, and every city brought its own energy.
What really locked me in? Tokyo. Exploring the streets, diving into the food scene, and finding stillness in Buddhist temples and tea ceremonies. There's a rhythm there that just makes sense.
Singapore caught me off guard, too. First time there, but the precision, the forward-thinking architecture, and the hospitality are all on a different level.
But Seoul might've stolen the show. The hiking, getting schooled on skincare culture, and that Korean BBQ life. The entire experience was unmatched.

BETTER & STRONGER
No Days Off Across Continents
Mid-August through early September is the most crucial window of the off-season, where you either level up or get left behind. No room for compromise.
So I brought the operation with me. Flew out my top strength coach, my physical therapist, and my basketball trainer. Brought my recovery specialist from the Bucks to keep me sharp. The whole support system stayed intact throughout every stop.
Because switching time zones doesn't mean switching priorities.
The food quality in Asia is a complete game-changer. As pros, we need that premium fuel. But in Asia, where the food quality is legitimate, I was shedding body fat while staying locked into all my targets.
Business first, results mandatory.

PRECISION ON THE TENNIS COURT
Front Row Education

This was my third US Open experience, but this one rewrote the playbook. My previous visits were standard matches, but this time I witnessed Alcaraz and Sinner battle it out in the championship.
Watching on screens or from box seats, your attention drifts. But sitting courtside, you absorb every micro-detail. Watching Alcaraz orchestrate points, his mental chess game, and Sinner's precision.
These are the tennis greats of the new generation, and experiencing that level of competition up close was pure education.

MILWAUKEE MISSION
Before Season Starts…
What's got me fired up about this upcoming season? Making it extrodinary.
Put serious work into this summer. Maintained my physical foundation, kept my nutrition right, and I'm ready to showcase everything I've been developing.
My conditioning, my skill set, my shooting mechanics. Been locked in consistently and operating from the right headspace.
Everything I've integrated: meditation practices, body maintenance, nutrition discipline, and working to eliminate sugar. All tough battles, but I know it’s what’s right to make an impact this season.
Can't wait to reconnect with Milwaukee, sync up with my teammates, and make this year unforgettable.
Until next time,
Kuz
